In this course, you will learn simple yet powerful techniques: 

• Working with your energy aura including how to scan (feel the energy), to sweep (clean away congested energy), and to energize (supplement areas in your aura that have a pranic deficiency).

• Activating the energy centers or chakras, in the center of your hands. This enables you to become sensitive to energy and scan the energy field to identify blockages.

• Cleansing and energizing to revitalize an area with new energy.

• Practicing protocols to help accelerate the healing process for fresh wounds, headaches, fever, sprains, and more.

• Methods of energetic hygiene.
