We are so excited for the new Arhatic Yoga Practitioners. On Sept 19 & 20, over 40 people from all over the world attended the Arhatic Preparatory Workshop in Atlanta, GA taught by Master Glenn Mendoza, one of eight Masters of Pranic Healing in the world. Attendees traveled from Maryland, North Carolina, Florida, Missouri, Canada, India and Iran. 

Arhatic Yoga is an advanced comprehensive system for spiritual development. It's a way to live in a modern day society and learn to love more, be a greater service to humanity and our world, increase awareness and intelligence, "Arhat" is a sanskrit for describing a highly evolved being or what we call saints and "yoga" means union. 

We look forward to meditating with you and supporting your meditation practice. We provide on-site and on-line meditations.

TUES***(new): 11:30am Public MTH & Arhatic (BP) 11am - 1:30pm

WED*** (new): Arhatic Only (D) 7:30pm - 9:30pm (MTH will be included)

THURS: 7:30pm Public MTH & Arhatic (BP) 8:45pm - 10pm
